Background
Jamissa AM, born the youngest of four siblings and raised by a single mother, discovered her love for music at the tender age of seven. From school talent shows to community events, she passionately shared her talent, driven by a strong ambition to be heard worldwide. At eighteen, she relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, to pursue her dream as an independent artist, delving into rap, production, and community advocacy.
Despite facing life's challenges, Jamissa realized a higher calling beyond her musical aspirations. Transitioning into motivational speaking and leveraging her platform to uplift others, she found purpose beyond the spotlight. Crediting her success to God, family, and friends, she continues to create and educate through her music, spanning nearly two decades in the industry.
